Install on iPhone / iPad
Apple doesn't allow one-tap install. Three quick steps:

Tap the Share button at the bottom of the Safari screen.

Tap Add in the top-right. Done — Shifaa is on your home screen.
Tip: these steps only work in Safari — not in Chrome or Instagram's in-app browser. If you opened this from Instagram, tap the ⋯ menu → Open in Safari first.
Install on Android
If you don't see the install button above:

Tap the menu ⋮ at the top-right of Chrome.

Confirm — Shifaa appears in your app drawer.
